ESET Smart Security and ESET NOD32 Antivirus are not free products, but they are free-to-try.

Now, let's use the trial for 30, and get rid of malwares:

Go to http://www.eset.com/download/free_trial_download_int.php

Choose ESET Smart Security (32 or 64 bit version, depends on your computer, most likely, the 32bit version) and click "Download"

Download the software (IMPORTANT: You must uninstall your existing antivirus solution before installing either ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus), and then install the new downloaded one.

Double-click the downloaded software and install it (click here for a step-by-step ESET Smart Security Installation Guide)

After installing, you are noticed for Trusted Zone setup (Image 2.1)

You can select "Strict Protection" or "Allow Sharing" (for a home computer, choose "Strict Protection")

No restart required, so double click the new icon (from the icons left to the clock) (or go to Start > All Programs > ESET > ESET Smart Security > ESET Smart Security) and go to "Update" tab, then select "Update virus signature database"

After it finished downloading the updates, go to "Computer Scan" and choose "Standard Scan" (Image 2.2)
